Sealed units– If your windows have condensation in between the glass or have broken glass, don’t despair! You don’t have to replace the whole window as just the sealed units can be measured and replaced. If the glass has a pattern then it is no problem as most patterns are available.

Handles - Handles can usually be replaced with locking or non-locking handles, lots of styles are available with different finishes.

Hinges - Broken or worn hinges can cause leaky or draughty windows, these can be replaced.

Locks	Locks	Locks	Restrictors	Restrictors

Locks - Sometimes lock mechanisms can fail, again these can be replaced. Also available are restrictors, these limit how far a window can be opened. There are many different kinds of these and they can be used as a safety measure on a child’s window. These allow you to still open the window fully when released.
